When I am in Medina, I like staying here. The hotel is clean with very amiable staff members. The rooms are elegant and spacious, have down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. As for me location is favourable, very close to good restaurants. Again, the venue is 2 miles from Al Masjid a Nabawi Mosque.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with two main aspects. the location was key as it allowed easy access to the city center and other attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing fast check-in and check-out processes. I enjoyed the clean room and the efficient air conditioning system, which made my stay comfortable.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. the bathroom was small and poorly designed, leading to water flooding during showers.
